What is your returns and exchange policy for stirrup belts?

You can return or exchange stirrup belts in original, saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not free. The cost of shipping back to us must be covered by you. 

We process returns within 7 working days of receipt, and if a refund is requested it will be applied to your original payment method (banks may take 4-10 days). For faulty items, contact us immediately and we’ll issue a pre-paid return label.
