Returns...Refunds and exchanges

If for any reason you need to return, please follow the below.

Once we receive your item we will refund or exchange any items returned to us that are in the original, saleable condition within 30 days of purchase.

 

Unfortunately we don’t offer a free returns service and the cost of returning your purchase to us must be covered by you. Please return using a tracking method, as the return is the customers responsibility until it reaches us and we can't refund or exchange until we receive it.

 

You can return unwanted items with the completed returns form that accompanied your order, or if lost please download here

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please state this clearly on your form along with the new item you would like.

We will contact you if the item you need to exchange for is not available and we will offer you alternatives

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can investigate. We will be able to send you a pre-paid return label.

Returns are processed within 7 working days of arrival to us and a refund or exchange (as requested by you) will then be issued shortly. Please be aware at very busy times such as New Year and following bank holidays, this processing time may be extended but will be no longer than 14 days.

We do reserve the right to delay or refuse to process items that arrive in an unacceptable condition, washed garments are not accepted.
When the return has been approved the exchange will be processed or if a refund the amount will automatically be applied to your credit card, paypal or other original method of payment, banks usually take around 4-10 days. The amount of time it takes is controlled by the banks and not unfortunately in our control. This is a normal refund process.

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS -Purchases made between 1st November until 25th December can still be exchanged or returned. until 25th January. Sale items are non refundable.
