Returns...Refunds and exchanges
To be eligible for a refund your item must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your parcel from us. They must be full priced items, as sale items are non refundable but can only be exchanged or a credit note issued.
The item or items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
With no marks or damage. Items may be tried on but not used.
Must be sent back in original clear bag packaging. Once your return is received and inspected and all is fine, we will then process your refund of the amount that you are returning.
We do reserve the right to delay or refuse to process items that arrive in an unacceptable condition, washed garments are not accepted.
When the return has been approved the exchange will be processed or if a refund the amount will automatically be applied to your credit card, paypal or other original method of payment, banks usually take around 4-10 days. The amount of time it takes is controlled by the banks and not unfortunately in our control. This is a normal refund process.
To return the item to us - Please go onto your CT account on our website and select the item or items that you wish to return for a refund or exchange.
Please fill in the questions on here and send the request to us and we will accept within 48hrs and then we will attach on your account and you will receive an email with the Return Label and Returns form for you to print, this is a pre paid label. Attach this to the front of your parcel. Then you can simply take it to your nearest Post Office and they scan it in and give you a tracking receipt.
Also it is important to print and fill in the returns form and put inside your parcel or the return cannot be processed. We need the correct information to locate your order. Thank you.
If you unable you to print your own label or do not have an account then please
make sure you write a note inside your parcel with your CT Number and the name you  made the order under for us to locate your order. Please say the item you are returning and if you need an exchange or refund and then.

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS -Purchases made between 1st November until 25th December can still be exchanged or returned. until 25th January. Sale items are non refundable.
