Refunds and Returns
To be eligible for a refund your item must be returned to us and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items may be tried on but not used and sent back in original clear bag packaging. Once your return is received and inspected and all is fine, we will then process your refund of the amount that you are returning. The amount will automatically be applied to your credit card, paypal or other original method of payment, banks are 4-10 days. The amount of time it takes is controlled by the banks and not us unfortunately.
To return the item to us - There is a pre paid label to use in your parcel, simply pop it back in the envelope with the new label and then put the parcel in any post box. If the label is lost then please return your item to.
